The Design

A single-story open plan living home with spacious bedrooms was designed.  The design ensured that changes to the home were possible as the family's needs changed, with the study large enough to become a bedroom when a new family member was welcomed. 

With large living areas flowing out onto a covered stoep, the design created family gathering areas.  As the plot was located on a golf course the house was orientated to live out to the course, whilst maintaining privacy from the busy estate it was located in.
